A. Right of Withdrawal

Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are primarily neither related to their commercial nor their professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, whom you have designated, took possession of the last item.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, whom you have designated, took possession of the first item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (eacygrow, Kapellenweg 3, 40882 Ratingen, Germany, E-mail: support@eacygrow.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. ––––––––––––––––––––
