How long do I have to cancel my order?

Who bears the costs for the return shipment?
Here we distinguish between two cases:
The following rule applies regarding return shipping costs:
- For product defects: If we confirm that there is a problem with the product, we will cover all incurred costs and provide you with a return label. The refund will be issued as soon as we have received and inspected the return.
- For personal reasons (e.g., dislike): If the cancellation is due to personal reasons, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipment and bear the direct costs of the return. In this case, the refund will be issued as soon as we have received and inspected the goods to ensure that all items are in perfect condition.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund the amount (including standard shipping costs) no later than within 14 days from the day your cancellation was received by us. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Note: We may refuse repayment until we have received and inspected the goods.
What do I need to consider when packing the return?
To guarantee a smooth process, please note the following:
- Avoid damage or contamination.
- Ideally, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories.

EC stands for "electrical conductivity" and refers to the electrical conductivity of elements dissolved in water. When fertilizer dissolves in water, it breaks down into positively and negatively charged particles. The more fertilizer dissolves in the water, the higher the EC value.
Does the eacygrow app work with any fertilizer?
eacygrow works with any mineral fertilizer/additive. However, organic additives are also very often measurable.
Does the eacygrow app work with any soil medium?
Yes, the eacygrow app works with any soil medium.
Whether soil, coco coir, rockwool or hydroponic systems. Wherever the EC value is measured,
eacygrow helps you get the most out of your plants.
Does the eacygrow app work with all plants?
Yes, the eacygrow app works with any plant.
This is because every plant needs the same nutrients, only in different amounts and ratios during its various growth phases.
In the database under “Growth phases” you can adjust the respective dropdown menus to the needs of your plants.

How can I download the eacygrow app?
There are 2 ways to download the eacygrow app.
- After registering with your email address, you will receive an invitation email with a secure download link to the respective app store. Download Openasapp (the container app that includes eacygrow ) and log in with the email address you registered with eacygrow to gain direct access to the eacygrow app .
- Directly via the Google or Apple App Store. Search for "openasapp", download, and log in with the email address registered with eacygrow .
What is NutS?
In poker, the nuts are the best possible hand at that moment. We use the term NutS to describe the best possible nutritional solution at that moment.
How accurate is the eacygrow app?
The eacygrow app is accurate to two decimal places.
You'll be surprised how accurate the eacygrow app is. Deviations of up to ±0.1 in the drain EC value are normal and can be influenced by various factors.
Remember: The more accurate you are, the more accurate the eacygrow app will be.
Why can the EC value differ?
There can be various reasons for this. We have listed the known reasons below.
- Pre-fertilized soil.
- Irrigation habits changed.
- Plants are stretching or changing their growth phase.
- The soil medium was flushed.
- Measurement error.
- EC measuring device not properly calibrated.
Plants aren't machines that always function the same way. Therefore, variations in the EC value can occur at different stages. But don't worry, everything will return to the desired values after a few waterings.
