EC stands for "electrical conductivity" and refers to the electrical conductivity of elements dissolved in water. When fertilizer dissolves in water, it breaks down into positively and negatively charged particles. The more fertilizer dissolves in the water, the higher the EC value.

eacygrow works with any mineral fertilizer/additive. However, organic additives are also very often measurable.

Yes, the eacygrow app works with any soil medium.
Whether soil, coco coir, rockwool or hydroponic systems. Wherever the EC value is measured,
eacygrow helps you get the most out of your plants.

Yes, the eacygrow app works with any plant.
This is because every plant needs the same nutrients, only in different amounts and ratios during its various growth phases.
In the database under “Growth phases” you can adjust the respective dropdown menus to the needs of your plants.

The eacygrow app is currently completely free.

The eacygrow app is available for Android, iOS and web-based on our homepage.

There are 2 ways to download the eacygrow app.

After registering with your email address, you will receive an invitation email with a secure download link to the respective app store. Download Openasapp (the container app that includes eacygrow ) and log in with the email address you registered with eacygrow to gain direct access to the eacygrow app .
Directly via the Google or Apple App Store. Search for "openasapp", download, and log in with the email address registered with eacygrow .

The eacygrow app is accurate to two decimal places.
You'll be surprised how accurate the eacygrow app is. Deviations of up to ±0.1 in the drain EC value are normal and can be influenced by various factors.
Remember: The more accurate you are, the more accurate the eacygrow app will be.

There can be various reasons for this. We have listed the known reasons below.

- Pre-fertilized soil.
- Irrigation habits changed.
- Plants are stretching or changing their growth phase.
- The soil medium was flushed.
- Measurement error.
- EC measuring device not properly calibrated.

Plants aren't machines that always function the same way. Therefore, variations in the EC value can occur at different stages. But don't worry, everything will return to the desired values after a few waterings.

Want to return something? No problem! To ensure everything runs smoothly, here's an overview of return deadlines and costs depending on the brand and product group.

Our return policy at a glance:

Spider Farmer (all items):
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt. Returns are free of charge.
Mars Hydro (LEDs only):
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt. Returns are free of charge.
Mars Hydro (other articles):
Returns are possible up to 7 days after receipt. Returns are free of charge for you.
(Clothing items):
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt. A flat fee of €5.00 will be charged for returns, which will be automatically deducted from the refund.

Here's how your return works:

Register your cancellation:
Please inform us of your return request within the statutory period of 14 days after receiving the goods by email to support@eacygrow.com.
Test & Label:
For Mars Hydro and Spider Farmer products, we will send you a free return label after your cancellation.
Condition of goods:
Please ensure that the items are returned undamaged, in their original condition and (if possible) in their original packaging.
Refund:
Once your return has arrived, we will check the goods for damage and functionality. The refund will then be issued via your original payment method.

Fashion note: As our clothing is produced on demand, we ask you to carefully check the size charts before ordering. This helps us avoid unnecessary returns and protects the environment.
