A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Dennis Götz, eacygrow, Kapellenweg 3, 40882 Ratingen, Germany, Tel.: +49 2102 8918531, E-Mail: support@eacygrow.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online on our website at https://eacygrow.com/. If you use this online function, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration on our website https://eacygrow.com/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for establishing the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of the conclusion of the contract.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract with a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our assistance with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the withdrawal becomes effective or upon return of the goods, your lender shall take over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract has the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives) as its object. If you wish to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
