A. Withdrawal Policy

Introduction Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and inspected them.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Regarding the return costs, the following regulation applies:

In case of product defects: If we confirm that there is an issue with the product, we will cover all associated costs and provide you with a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item..
For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): If the return is made for personal reasons, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipment and must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In this case, the refund will be issued once we have received the items and verified that they are in perfect, resaleable condition.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a member state of the European Union at the time the contract is concluded and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time the contract is concluded.

General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect (unpaid).
Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
