Cancellation Terms for Purchase Options

Some items in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or via a "Try Before You Buy" model. Here you can find out how to manage or cancel these purchases.

1. Subscriptions

By completing a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you have chosen.

  • Payment & Security: Your payment details are stored securely. Each delivery is billed individually unless a prepayment was made.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time at the end of the respective term. Already paid periods remain active until the end of the term.

  • Management: You can manage your subscription via your customer account or via the "Manage Subscription" link in your order confirmation emails.

2. Pre-orders

With a pre-order, you purchase items that are currently not in stock or will be released shortly.

  • Payment Processing: The full purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order. This ensures the item is firmly reserved for you.

  • Cancellation: As long as your pre-order has not yet been shipped (Status: Unfulfilled), you can cancel it at any time free of charge. In this case, we will refund the full amount paid to your original payment method.

3. Try Before You Buy

With this option, we authorize your payment method before we fulfill the order.

  • Trial Period: You have a fixed period to decide whether you want to keep the item.

  • Completion of Purchase: If the period expires and the item has not been returned to us, we will automatically charge your payment method for the full purchase amount.

  • Cancellation: During the trial period, you can cancel the purchase by returning the goods. As soon as we receive the return, the authorization of your payment method will be lifted.

How to Initiate a Cancellation

To terminate a cancellable order (subscription or unshipped pre-order), you can:

  1. Use the management tools in your customer account.

  2. Click on the link provided in your order confirmation.

  3. Contact us directly via email.

Note: For physical goods that have already been shipped or activated digital content (eacygrow app), the provisions of our regular Cancellation Policy apply.
