Which shipping service providers do you use for shipping?

To ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible, we work with several reliable shipping partners: DHL, DPD, GLS, and Deutsche Post.

Our system and logistics automatically select the optimal service provider for each individual case. The selection is based on the respective item to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery to your door every time.

2. Payment Methods

For your purchases at eacygrow, we offer a selection of secure and convenient payment methods. This allows you to focus entirely on your grow.

PayPal & Flexibility

  • PayPal: Pay quickly and securely. Use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit card (even without a PayPal account).

  • PayPal Installments: Pay flexibly. Easily finance your purchase in monthly installments. Select "PayPal" at checkout and check availability directly.

  • PayPal Pay Later: Buy now, pay later. Availability is checked directly at checkout via PayPal.

  • Klarna Invoice: Receive the goods first, then pay within the specified period.

  • Klarna Installments: Finance your equipment flexibly in monthly partial payments.

  • Klarna Pay Now: Secure and direct payment via online banking.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.   • Installment Purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise stated at checkout. Installment payments are due at the end of each month after a monthly invoice has been sent by Klarna.   • Pay Now: Your account will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

  • Direct Debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be notified of the date via email. (Please only list payment methods here that you actually offer.)

The use of the payment methods Invoice, Installment Purchase, and Direct Debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit verification in the context of the purchase initiation and processing of the sales contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
