The Mars Hydro FC8000 LED is a commercial LED grow light with a power consumption of 800 watts for cultivation areas up to 150 × 150 cm. It features a bar-style design for uniform light distribution without hotspots and is equipped with Bridgelux diodes and extended OSRAM deep-red LEDs. The light is CE and RoHS compliant and passively cooled.

Diode Configuration & Light Spectrum:
The FC8000 uses Bridgelux 3030 LED chips in combination with OSRAM Deep-Red LEDs (660–665 nm). The full spectrum (660–665 nm, 2800–3000 K, 4800–5000 K) covers all plant development phases from germination to flowering. Efficiency is up to 2.9 µmol/J (PPE).
Smart Control via App:
The MarsPro App allows for adjusting light intensity, setting automatic time cycles, and monitoring real-time data. The light also has an integrated dimming function.
Design & Cooling:
The multi-bar design ensures uniform PPFD coverage across the entire cultivation area. Heat dissipation is passive and fanless, allowing for silent operation (0 dB).
Power Supply & Efficiency:
Power consumption is 800 W (±5% at AC 220–277 V). Compared to HPS systems, the FC8000 reduces power consumption by up to 35%. Maximum yield is stated at up to 3.5 g/watt.
